Website operator and scope

Herkus AI is operated by MB PYK POK, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. This notice applies only to information associated with visits to herkus.ai and direct business enquiries sent to Herkus AI.

It does not describe or transfer control of customer production data processed inside a customer-controlled Herkus deployment.

Information we receive

When you contact Herkus AI by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business contact details, company information and the content of your enquiry.

Basic technical information may be processed when you visit this website, including request time, browser type, device information and IP address. This information is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

How and why we use this information

We use website and enquiry information only to respond to requests, assess a potential customer-side PoC, take requested steps before a possible business engagement, maintain website security and keep necessary business records.

Depending on the context, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a business website and responding to professional enquiries, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

We do not ask you to send production data, credentials or sensitive customer samples by email.

Customer-controlled deployments

Herkus does not provide a public portal for uploading production data. Herkus software is installed and validated inside the customer's controlled environment. Herkus does not receive, determine the purpose of, control or independently process customer production data as part of the standard deployment.

The customer determines which data is processed, which protection policies apply and which AI model, provider and region are used. Original sensitive values, protected-value mappings and model credentials remain under the customer's control.

If temporary support access is separately agreed, its scope, purpose, duration and data-protection responsibilities will be defined in the applicable agreement.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or third-party analytics. If this changes, this notice will be updated and any required consent controls will be introduced.

Service providers and transfers

Limited website or enquiry information may be handled by service providers needed for website hosting, email, security and business communications. We do not sell personal information.

If a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be handled using an applicable adequacy decision or other legally recognised safeguards.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for the period needed to respond, conduct reasonable follow-up, maintain necessary business records or meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security periods applied by the website infrastructure. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for these purposes.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority.

Automated decisions

The Herkus AI website does not use personal information for automated decision-making or behavioural profiling.
